A planning application is in place to revitalise one of south-west Sheffield’s most iconic sites.

No. 1 Ecclesall Road South, with a total site area of around 2¼ acres, will see the existing car showroom space converted into three retail units, the upper level into office accommodation for leading local accountancy firm Brown McLeod and eight luxury townhouses built to the rear.

If planning is approved the site, which is accessed from Talmont Road,  is expected to be operational for the commercial units in spring 2019.
